Our lifetime authenticity guarantee
We stand behind every piece for life. If an independent professional authenticator determines that a purchase is not authentic, final sale does not apply: contact us with the written finding and we’ll guide you through the claim. Once the piece is returned and the finding is verified, we’ll refund the full purchase price and the reasonable cost of the appraisal.

Every bag purchased from HERA Collective includes its Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity at no additional cost, providing a formal record of authentication for your records and added peace of mind.
If authenticity is ever questioned
Email info@heracollective.com with your order number, certificate, and the independent authenticator’s written finding. We’ll respond with the next steps. Our lifetime guarantee is separate from Entrupy’s own one-year financial guarantee and remains a commitment from HERA Collective to the original purchaser.
Condition grades
Authenticity and condition are two different questions. Alongside the Entrupy certificate, every piece carries a condition grade:
Pristine — indistinguishable from unworn. Original box and dust bag included.
Excellent — no flaws to speak of. Carried, but you would not know it.
Very Good — slight signs of wear, described and photographed.
Good — honest wear, priced accordingly and never hidden.
A grade is never the whole story, so each listing also carries a condition note in our own words. Read that before the grade.
